The C$10 reservation payment for a Moon & Lantern collector box is fully refundable until production begins. If we decide not to proceed with production, we will automatically refund the reservation payment to the original payment method.
If production proceeds, the reservation payment will be applied to the expected C$99 product price. Before requesting the remaining expected balance of C$89 plus shipping and applicable taxes, we will provide the final product details and estimated schedule. We will not automatically charge the remaining balance, and there is no subscription or recurring payment.
To cancel a reservation before production begins, email info@moonandlantern.ca with the name and email used for the reservation and your order number.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Personalized, signed, or otherwise customized items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection law. Gift cards are not returnable.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
